Dedicated to Serving the Residents of Tabernacle Township and Surrounding Communities

The Tabernacle Fire Department is a 100% volunteer municipal fire agency. We provide fire services to the community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our primary response area is Tabernacle Township which is 49.12 square miles of Burlington County in the South Jersey Pines, halfway between Philadelphia and Long Beach Island on the western edge of Wharton State Forest. In addition to protecting the 7,000 residents, we are often called upon to assist within the surrounding communities.

Protecting & serving the public does not end at the close of the work day, it continues through a variety of community outreach events, and charitable giving. As such, the Tabernacle Fire Foundation was formed to assist in our charitable fund raising efforts and we appreciate all the support the residents of Tabernacle Township give to fulfill our mission.
